Ingredients
  

Liquid

  • 200 ml sugar-free orange juice or water

Fruits

  • 0.5 cup mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries) preferably frozen

Seeds & Grains

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Protein

  • 1 scoop protein powder (plain or vanilla)

Grains

  • 30 grams rolled oats

Nuts

  • 20 grams nuts (such as pecans, walnuts, or a mix)

Dairy

  • 0.5 cup plain yogurt (greek or dairy-free)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass or shaker cup, and enjoy right away.

Notes

Use frozen berries for a colder, thicker smoothie.
