freshly grated parmesan

heavy cream

tablespoon
unsalted butter
kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
toasted french bread or brioche

Instructions
Preheat the broiler and place the oven rack 6 inches below the heat.
Combine garlic, thyme, rosemary, basil, and Parmesan; set aside.
Crack 2 eggs into each of 2 small bowls without breaking yolks.
Place ramekins on a baking sheet with cream and butter; broil for 3 minutes.
Pour eggs into dishes, sprinkle with herbs, salt, and pepper; broil for 5-6 minutes.
Let set for 60 seconds and serve hot with toasted bread.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding different herbs or spices to the egg mixture.
