Lamb

  • 8 pieces lamb chops
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 cup fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 0.25 cup fresh thyme, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix herbs, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Rub mixture onto lamb chops thoroughly.
  • Place on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes.
  • Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
