Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Combine flour, sugar, and salt; cut in butter until coarse crumbs form. Press into pan and bake for 15–18 minutes.
Toss peach slices with sugar, flour, lemon juice, and vanilla; let sit.
Mix flour, sugars, cinnamon, and salt; stir in melted butter until crumbs form.
Spread peach filling over crust and top with crumb mixture.
Bake for 45–50 minutes until golden; cool completely before slicing.
