Peach Filling

fresh peaches, peeled and diced

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment.
Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly.
Add eggs and vanilla, mix until combined. Press 2/3 of the mixture into the pan.
Toss peaches with cornstarch and brown sugar, spread over crust.
Crumble remaining dough over peaches. Bake for 35 minutes until golden.
Cool completely before cutting into squares. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, use ripe peaches for maximum flavor.
