Instructions
Mix flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon for streusel; stir in melted butter. Set aside.
Combine brown sugar and cinnamon for ribbon; set aside.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C); line loaf pan with parchment.
Mix dry ingredients; whisk oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and buttermilk. Fold in dry ingredients.
Pour half batter into pan, sprinkle cinnamon sugar, add remaining batter, then streusel. Bake 45 mins, cool, then drizzle icing.
