28 oz tomato sauce or diced tomatoes

organic vegetable stock

Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion, celery, and carrots; cook until softened.
Add minced garlic and thyme; cook for 1 minute. Stir in tomato paste and flour; cook for another minute.
Pour in tomato sauce and vegetable stock; add white beans, sweet potatoes, and potatoes. Season with smoked paprika, sea salt, and all-purpose blend.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
Notes
This stew is perfect for batch cooking and tastes even better the next day.
