Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Mash bananas and stir in wet ingredients until smooth.
Combine wet and dry mixtures, then fold in walnuts.
Pour batter into pan and bake for 28-31 minutes. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Ensure bananas are very ripe for best flavor and sweetness.
