Healthy Peanut Butter Fudge with chopped Reese's

Ingredients
  

Base

  • 1 cup salted peanut butter (240g)
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup (45g) (sugar free)
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil (30g) (melted)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 62 g chopped mini Reese’s (about 1/3 cup)

Instructions
 

  • Line a small 8x4-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix peanut butter, coconut oil, syrup, and vanilla until smooth. Microwave if needed.
  • Pour mixture into pan, smooth, and freeze for 10 minutes.
  • Add chopped Reese's on top, then freeze for 30-60 minutes until firm.
  • Slice into 18 squares and store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Keep the fudge refrigerated or frozen for best texture.
