Bread

  • 6 slices bread (gluten-free if needed)
  • 2 large eggs eggs
  • 3 large egg whites egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Whisk eggs, egg whites, cinnamon, milk, protein powder, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Dip bread slices into the mixture, coating all sides.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  • Cook soaked bread slices for 4-5 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden.
  • Sift powdered sugar over and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of nutmeg or serve with fresh berries.
