Ingredients
  

Oats

  • 3/4 cup gluten free oats (rolled or quick)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Applesauce

  • 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce

Milk

  • 1/4 cup milk of your choice

Sweetener

  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup

Pumpkin

  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree

Coloring

  • 1 tsp beetroot powder or paprika or red food colouring

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (355°F). Line a small loaf tin with baking paper.
  • Mix each batter separately: white (oats, applesauce, milk), orange (pumpkin, maple syrup, oats), yellow (pumpkin, maple syrup, oats, coloring).
  • Spoon white batter into the tin, filling 1/3; add orange batter next to it; then yellow batter to fill remaining third.
  • Tap the tin to evenly distribute the batter. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  • Cool slightly, then slice and serve. Enjoy!

Notes

Use red food colouring or paprika for vibrant orange and yellow layers.
