beetroot powder or paprika or red food colouring
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (355°F). Line a small loaf tin with baking paper.
Mix each batter separately: white (oats, applesauce, milk), orange (pumpkin, maple syrup, oats), yellow (pumpkin, maple syrup, oats, coloring).
Spoon white batter into the tin, filling 1/3; add orange batter next to it; then yellow batter to fill remaining third.
Tap the tin to evenly distribute the batter. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
Cool slightly, then slice and serve. Enjoy!
Notes
Use red food colouring or paprika for vibrant orange and yellow layers.
