Ingredients
  

Vegetables

  • 3 cups red or green cabbage
  • 1 red pepper chopped thinly
  • 2 scallions thinly chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1.5 tbsp tamari sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp chopped parsley or cilantro
  • 220 g ground beef
  • 1 carrot cut in strips
  • 2 tsp crushed red pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add ground beef with one garlic clove and oil; cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
  • Chop vegetables and herbs; stir into beef with crushed red pepper; cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add remaining garlic, tamari, and stir for 2-3 minutes; add oil if needed.
  • Turn off heat and stir in chopped parsley or cilantro.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Use fresh herbs for best flavor and adjust spice level to taste.
