Instructions
Add ground beef with one garlic clove and oil; cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
Chop vegetables and herbs; stir into beef with crushed red pepper; cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add remaining garlic, tamari, and stir for 2-3 minutes; add oil if needed.
Turn off heat and stir in chopped parsley or cilantro.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Use fresh herbs for best flavor and adjust spice level to taste.
