Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large whole-grain tortillas
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup cucumber, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup shredded carrots
  • ½ cup ranch dressing (light or Greek yogurt-based)

Instructions
 

  • Pat dry chicken, rub with olive oil, season with spices, and let sit for 5–10 minutes.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill chicken 5–7 minutes per side until cooked through. Rest and slice into strips.
  • Prepare veggies: chop lettuce, halve tomatoes, slice cucumber, shred carrots.
  • Warm tortillas briefly in a skillet to make them pliable.
  • Spread ranch dressing on tortillas, add veggies and chicken, then roll up and slice diagonally.

Notes

Use Greek yogurt-based ranch for a healthier option.
