Instructions
Pat dry chicken, rub with olive oil, season with spices, and let sit for 5–10 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill chicken 5–7 minutes per side until cooked through. Rest and slice into strips.
Prepare veggies: chop lettuce, halve tomatoes, slice cucumber, shred carrots.
Warm tortillas briefly in a skillet to make them pliable.
Spread ranch dressing on tortillas, add veggies and chicken, then roll up and slice diagonally.
Notes
Use Greek yogurt-based ranch for a healthier option.
