Ingredients
  

Chocolate

  • 1 1/2 cups 60% dark chocolate about 270g

Yogurt

  • 3/4 cup THICK coconut yogurt or Greek-style yogurt unsweetened vanilla
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • to taste Chopped nuts, dried fruit, etc.

Instructions
 

  • Melt chocolate using a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  • Mix melted chocolate with yogurt and vanilla until well combined.
  • Pour mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan and sprinkle with nuts or dried fruit if desired.
  • Freeze until firm, about 4-6 hours.
  • Cut into pieces and store in the freezer. Enjoy!

Notes

Use very thick yogurt for best texture. Feel free to add your favorite toppings before freezing.
