Chocolate

60% dark chocolate
about 270g
Yogurt
3/4
cup
THICK coconut yogurt or Greek-style yogurt
unsweetened vanilla
Pinch
sea salt

tsp
vanilla extract
to taste
Chopped nuts, dried fruit, etc.
Instructions
Melt chocolate using a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
Mix melted chocolate with yogurt and vanilla until well combined.
Pour mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan and sprinkle with nuts or dried fruit if desired.
Freeze until firm, about 4-6 hours.
Cut into pieces and store in the freezer. Enjoy!
Notes
Use very thick yogurt for best texture. Feel free to add your favorite toppings before freezing.
