Healthy Dark Chocolate Almond Granola Bars

Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients

  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Wet ingredients

  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment.
  • Mix oats, almonds, and chocolate chips in a large bowl.
  • Heat coconut oil and honey until melted and combined.
  • Pour over dry ingredients and stir well.
  • Press mixture into the dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  • Cool completely before cutting into bars.

Notes

Store bars in an airtight container for up to a week.
