Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F and grease a 2-quart baking dish.
Mix cornmeal, flour, and baking powder in a large bowl.
Add yogurt, honey, oil, creamed corn, canned corn, eggs, peppers, and half the cheese; mix well.
Pour into dish and bake for 55 minutes until golden.
Sprinkle remaining cheese, bake 5-10 more minutes, then garnish with chives and serve.
Notes
This casserole can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for easy serving later.
