chopped spinach, broccoli florets, or sliced mushrooms
Instructions
Sauté cauliflower rice with olive oil until tender, then add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Mix in chopped vegetables and cooked shredded chicken, then spread mixture in a baking dish.
Spread softened cream cheese over the mixture, then top with half of the shredded cheese.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for cream cheese.
