Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare muffin tin.
Melt butter, then whisk with honey, bananas, milk, and vanilla.
Add eggs and whisk until smooth, then mix in cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
Gently fold in flour until just combined, do not over-mix.
Scoop batter into muffin tins, bake for 15-17 minutes, cool before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle cinnamon on top before baking.
