  • 1 piece frozen ripe banana peeled prior to freezing, sliced
  • 0.25 cup rolled oats or quick oats
  • 2 pieces Medjool dates pitted
  • 0.33 cup almond milk or favorite plant-based milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and add more maple syrup if desired.
