Ingredients
  

Diced Apples

  • 2 cups diced apples (peeled)

Rolled Oats

  • 1 cup rolled oats

Almond Flour

  • ½ cup almond flour (or any flour)

Honey or Maple Syrup

  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup

Cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Salt

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Coconut Oil

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a mini muffin tin.
  • Mix apples, oats, flour, honey, cinnamon, salt, and melted coconut oil until combined.
  • Spoon mixture into muffin tin, pressing lightly.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
