Instructions
Mix water, honey, and yeast; let sit 5 minutes.
Add cider, butter, flour, and salt; knead until smooth and doubled in size (1-2 hours).
Preheat oven to 425°F; boil pretzels in baking soda water for 30 seconds, then shape and brush with egg.
Sprinkle with salt and bake 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
Make honey mustard by whisking mustard, honey, mayo, vinegar, and spices.
Serve pretzels warm with honey mustard for dipping.
