Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray muffin tin with nonstick spray.
Mix dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
Blend wet ingredients: yogurt, milk, sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, spinach.
Combine wet and dry, then fold in mini chocolate chips. Top with regular chocolate chips and eyeballs.
Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden and springy. Add eyeballs after baking.
Notes
Use mini chocolate chips for better distribution and visual effect.
