vegetables and toppings
rice, shredded carrots, sliced cucumbers, shelled edamame, pickled onions, avocado, shredded cabbage, sliced green onion, sesame seeds and more!
Instructions
Whisk all bang bang sauce ingredients in a small bowl; chill until ready.
Cook ground turkey in sesame oil until browned; add remaining ingredients (except cornstarch) and simmer 2-3 minutes.
Thicken mixture with cornstarch; stir in some bang bang sauce if desired. Serve over rice with vegetables and drizzle with sauce.
Notes
Adjust spice level with extra sriracha or honey to taste.
