  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Pasta

  • 2 cups short pasta (penne, rotini, shells)
  • 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Cheese

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 0.33 cup parmesan (optional)

Herbs for serving

  • 2 tbsp fresh basil or parsley (for serving)
