Instructions
Sauté onions and garlic in hot oil until softened, about 3 minutes.
Add turkey, cook until browned, then stir in Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper; cook for 3-5 minutes.
Add zucchini, mushrooms, pasta, sauce, and water. Cover and cook for 13-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes until wilted. Serve with toppings.
