Instructions
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil for 3-4 minutes.
Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Stir in seasonings, tomato sauce, coconut milk, broth, salt, and pepper; bring to a boil.
Add pasta, cover, and simmer for 13 minutes until al dente.
Turn off heat, add peas, and let stand for 3-4 minutes. Adjust seasonings if needed, garnish with herbs, and serve hot.
Notes
For a creamier sauce, simmer longer or add more broth as needed.
