Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté chopped onion until soft, then add minced garlic and cook briefly.
Add ground turkey, cook until browned. Meanwhile, prepare zucchini slices.
Stir in zucchini slices, cook for 4-5 minutes. Add seasonings and chicken broth, simmer briefly.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, stir until melted. Serve hot.
Notes
Use fresh zucchini for best flavor. Adjust seasoning to taste.
