Instructions
Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C).
Cook onion in olive oil until softened, then add garlic and cook 1 minute.
Add ground chicken, cook until fully cooked, then season with salt, oregano, basil, and parsley. Stir in tomato sauce and balsamic vinegar.
Top with mozzarella pearls and cherry tomatoes, then bake for 7-8 minutes until cheese melts and tomatoes blister.
Garnish with basil, parmesan, and balsamic glaze before serving.
Notes
Use fresh basil for best flavor and consider adding a drizzle of balsamic glaze just before serving.
