  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • ½ - 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 12 - 16 ounces fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil and cook diced onion until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add ground beef, cook until browned and moisture evaporates, then season with salt, pepper, and hot sauce.
  • Gradually add spinach, stirring until wilted, then stir in cream and nutmeg. Simmer briefly.
  • Serve hot, ideally with rice or your preferred side.
