  • 1 lb Ground Beef (85/15 or 90/10 lean)

Grains

  • 1 cup Long-Grain White Rice (Rinsed)
  • 2 cups Water (For cooking rice)

Seasonings

  • 2 tbsp Taco Seasoning (Chili powder, cumin, garlic, paprika)

Beans and Corn

  • 1 can Black Beans (Rinsed and drained)
  • 1 cup Sweet Corn (Canned or frozen)

Vegetables

  • 2 medium Tomatoes (Finely diced)
  • 2 cups Iceberg Lettuce (Shredded)

Dairy

  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream (Full fat, thick)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro (Chopped)

Instructions
