  • 1 cup Jasmine Rice

Vegetables & Sauces

  • 1 cup House Salsa Tomatoes, Onions, Water, Tomato Paste, JalapeƱo Peppers, Sugar, Salt, Dehydrated Garlic Mixed ingredients for salsa and seasoning

Dairy

  • 0.5 cup Cheddar cheese

Milk

  • 0.25 cup Low-fat milk

Vegetables

  • 1 cup Corn

Lettuce & Herbs

  • 0.5 cup Lettuce, Garlic, Onion, Green Onion, Onion powder Chopped and prepared

Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp Taco seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Cook rice according to package instructions.
  • Brown ground beef in a skillet, add taco seasoning and water, simmer until cooked.
  • Prepare salsa with tomatoes, onions, jalapeƱos, sugar, salt, and garlic.
  • Assemble bowls with rice, seasoned beef, salsa, corn, lettuce, and cheese. Drizzle with milk if desired.
