Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet; sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
Add ground beef; cook until browned, draining excess fat.
Stir in mushrooms, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce; cook until mushrooms soften.
Sprinkle flour; stir and gradually add beef broth until smooth.
Reduce heat; mix in sour cream and simmer until thickened.
Toss in cooked pasta or serve separately; garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
For added flavor, consider garnishing with fresh parsley or serving with a side salad.
