Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet.
Mix eggs and Greek yogurt in a bowl, then add oats, Parmesan, onion, garlic, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Add ground beef and gently combine until just mixed.
Shape mixture into 12 meatballs and place on the baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
