Instructions
Cook rice according to package instructions.
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, then drain excess fat.
Add minced onion; cook 3-5 minutes. Stir in garlic and ginger; cook 1 minute.
Mix hot honey, soy sauce, and rice beverage; pour over beef. Simmer 2-3 minutes until thickened.
Assemble bowls with rice, beef, vegetables, and garnish with scallions, sesame seeds, and cilantro.

Adjust hot honey to taste for sweetness and spice.
