Instructions
Cook rice according to package instructions.
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, then drain excess fat.
Add minced onion; cook 3-5 minutes. Stir in garlic and ginger; cook 1 minute.
Mix hot honey, soy sauce, and rice beverage in a small bowl. Pour over beef and simmer 2-3 minutes.
Assemble bowls with rice, beef, vegetables, and garnishes. Serve immediately.
