  • 1 pound ground beef Choose a slightly higher fat content for more flavor.

Base

  • 1 cup warm cooked rice Use freshly cooked or gently reheated rice to keep the base fluffy and flavorful.
  • 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn frozen or canned

Vegetables

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

Cheese

  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend, grate your own for the creamiest melt

Toppings

  • 1 whole avocado diced, ripen until slightly soft for smooth bites
  • 0.5 cup sour cream

Seasonings

  • 1 packet taco seasoning

Garnish

Instructions
