Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add ground beef, salt, and pepper; cook until browned (~5 min).
  • Stir in diced onion; cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add garlic and tomato paste; cook for 2 minutes.
  • Mix in potatoes, broth, and Worcestershire; cover and simmer 20-25 min until potatoes are tender.
  • Adjust seasoning and serve.
