Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook ground beef until browned (5-7 min).
Add onion and garlic; cook 3-4 min until softened.
Stir in broccoli, soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), brown sugar, and broth. Thicken with cornstarch slurry if desired. Simmer 5-7 min until broccoli is tender.
Stir in sesame oil and ginger (if using). Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Serve over cooked rice or quinoa. Enjoy!
