fresh greens (spinach or arugula)
Instructions
Preheat grill and toss vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Grill vegetables until tender and slightly charred, about 5-7 minutes.
Warm tortillas on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
Spread sauce on each tortilla, add grilled vegetables and greens.
Roll up the wraps and serve immediately.
