Instructions
Combine olive oil, garlic, rosemary, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
Coat lamb chops with marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C).
Grill lamb chops for 4-5 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Let grilled chops rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For best results, marinate overnight.
