Ingredients
  

Lamb Chops

  • 8 pieces frenched lamb chops
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine olive oil, garlic, rosemary, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  • Coat lamb chops with marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C).
  • Grill lamb chops for 4-5 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Let grilled chops rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, marinate overnight.
