Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Yogurt Sauce

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped or 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Additional

  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley optional

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken with spices, olive oil, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  • Mix yogurt, lemon juice, dill, and garlic to prepare the sauce.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill chicken 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
  • Rest chicken for 5 minutes, then slice. Serve with yogurt sauce and garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

Adjust seasoning to taste and ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
