Instructions
Mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat grill and cook chicken 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through. Rest and slice.
Prepare rice, beans, and toppings while chicken grills.
