Ingredients
  

For the Chicken & Broccoli

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken in olive oil, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
  • Steam or microwave broccoli until tender, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Grill the chicken over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes per side, until cooked through.
  • Combine Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for the sauce.
  • Slice the rested chicken and assemble bowls with broccoli and sauce.

Notes

For an extra burst of flavor, add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice on top before serving.
