Instructions
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika, then cook in a skillet for 6–8 minutes until golden.
Mash avocado, mix with diced tomato, herbs, garlic, lime juice, and sour cream.
Spread avocado mixture on tortillas, add grilled chicken and cheese, then roll into wraps.
Cook wraps on a dry skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until crispy.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime before serving.
