Ingredients
  

Tortillas

  • 250 g chicken breast cut into small pieces
  • 1 piece avocado mashed
  • 1 small tomato diced
  • A handful fresh cilantro or parsley chopped
  • 2 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 50 g shredded cheese
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Juice of 1/2 lime or lemon lime or lemon juice
  • to taste Salt Salt
  • to taste Black pepper Black pepper
  • to taste Paprika Paprika
  • A little oil oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika, then cook in a skillet for 6–8 minutes until golden.
  • Mash avocado, mix with diced tomato, herbs, garlic, lime juice, and sour cream.
  • Spread avocado mixture on tortillas, add grilled chicken and cheese, then roll into wraps.
  • Cook wraps on a dry skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until crispy.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime before serving.
