Instructions
Mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub on chicken and let sit for 10 minutes.
Preheat grill and cook chicken 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
Arrange chopped romaine, cherry tomatoes, corn, and cucumber in a bowl. Top with grilled chicken and spoon avocado topping in the center.
Garnish with red pepper flakes and serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
