Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, drain excess grease, add taco seasoning and water, simmer for 5 minutes.
Warm the tortillas on a skillet or microwave for flexibility.
Lay a tortilla flat, layer with rice, beef, cheeses, nacho sauce, chipotle sauce, and sour cream. Fold to close.
Heat a skillet with butter or oil, place the burrito seam-side down, sprinkle shredded cheese, and cook until crispy and cheese melts. Flip and cook other side.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chopped cilantro or jalapeƱos before serving.
