Ingredients
  

Meat

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade blend)
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 0.25 cup chipotle sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • as needed Butter or oil for grilling

Instructions
 

  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, drain excess grease, add taco seasoning and water, simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Warm the tortillas on a skillet or microwave for flexibility.
  • Lay a tortilla flat, layer with rice, beef, cheeses, nacho sauce, chipotle sauce, and sour cream. Fold to close.
  • Heat a skillet with butter or oil, place the burrito seam-side down, sprinkle shredded cheese, and cook until crispy and cheese melts. Flip and cook other side.

Notes

For extra flavor, add chopped cilantro or jalapeƱos before serving.
