Ingredients
  

Fruits and Vegetables

  • 1 piece cucumber
  • 200 g spinach or kale
  • 1 piece zucchini
  • 0.25 lime lime or lemon
  • 1 small slice fresh ginger
  • 2 pieces green apples or pear
  • 1 piece kiwi

Instructions
 

  • Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
  • Cut ingredients into small pieces.
  • Place ingredients in the juice extractor, starting with leafy greens and apple or cucumber.
  • Pass all ingredients through the extractor and pour into a bottle.
  • Refrigerate and consume within 48 hours.

Notes

For best flavor, drink immediately after preparation.
