  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves packed
  • 2 cups fresh kale or 1 bunch
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 green apple cored and chopped
  • 1 lemon peeled
  • 1 inch piece fresh ginger peeled
  • 1 handful fresh parsley leaves
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 0.5 cup coconut water optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash all produce and chop cucumbers, celery, and apple.
  • Juice cucumbers, spinach, celery, apple, lemon, ginger, and parsley using a juicer or blend and strain.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately, garnished if desired.
