Ingredients
  

Liquid

  • 1 cup water or coconut water

Produce

  • 3 cups chopped kale or baby spinach (or combination of both)
  • 0.25 cup fresh mint
  • 0.5 cucumber chopped cucumber
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 green apple cored green apple
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • juice of 1 lemon lemon juice
  • 1 small piece inch fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Equipment

  • High Powered Blender (e.g., Vitamix)
  • Nut Milk Bag

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into the blender in order.
  • Start on low, then increase to high and blend for 90 seconds until smooth.
  • Pour and enjoy immediately or strain through a nut milk bag for a smoother juice.

Notes

Enjoy fresh for maximum nutrients. Shake well if juice separates.
