Wet ingredients

plain Greek yogurt

egg

milk

honey or maple syrup

vanilla extract
For cooking
Butter or oil
for greasing skillet
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk wet ingredients separately until smooth.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Do not overmix.
Heat skillet over medium and add butter or oil.
Pour ¼ cup batter per pancake; cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
Serve warm with toppings of choice.
Notes
For extra flavor, add fresh berries or nuts on top.
